Momease Solutions is led by three female executives who understand the intimate needs of women and mothers, and our vision of empower all mothers to be successful in their pumping journeys—to achieve more milk in less time.     CO-FOUNDER & CEO

    Ashley is Ph.D trained biomedical scientist and a mother. Her career consists of assisting startups secure non-dilutive funding through the NIH SBIR Grant program. Ashley is a mother to two wonderful children.

  • GRACE RIERMANN

    CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

    Using her blend of technical expertise and creative strategic thinking, Grace leads Momease’s product engineering and design initiatives. Grace joined the team in the fall of 2025, and she is uniquely suited to manage full lifecycle of product development at Momease Solutions—from concept to commercialization.

    Grace holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Physics from Bethel University. Her previous experience includes Kablooe Design, a world-renowned contract design firm, where she strengthened her ability to turn complex user needs into practical designs through product ideation, prototyping, and early-stage development. She then expanded the breadth of her knowledge into the later stages of product development, focusing on supplier quality, component qualification, and large-scale medical device manufacturing at Medtronic.

    While she looks forward to one day benefiting from Momease products herself, her greater motivation for advancing women's healthcare lies in the opportunity to serve her friends, family, and women everywhere who deserve smarter, more effective products as they navigate motherhood.
